About Preamble Coffee
Hi! We’re Mark and Katie–founders of Preamble Coffee. Mark’s coffee journey started in 2010 with a love for Starbucks Frappuccinos, evolving into a dedicated pursuit to find the very best third-wave espresso everywhere we go.
On another note, we tried to fit into the 8-to-5 world for a really long time—but never could. Over the years, we found ourselves needing to increase flexibility in order to raise our growing family.
Mark thought about starting a coffee cart for several years, and well, now we have! But this cart is about more than just coffee. It’s about using our hands for a craft, and to live out a mission of giving people something they actually want. We’re excited to partner with you and help make your event truly special.
